Austa National Conference 2015

From the 3rd to the 6th July, 2015, AUSTA will host their triennial National String Conference in Brisbane, directed by Daniel Holloway, state president of the Australian Strings association in Queensland (AUSTAQ)
The Conference Programme aims to bring together many of Australia’s leading performers and teachers on violin, viola, cello and double bass and combined with prominent international artists, the conference will cover aspects of all stringed instruments ranging from jazz, classical, Celtic to the latest contemporary music. An exciting array of concerts, master classes and lectures will be presented.
The venue for the 2015 conference will be Brisbane Grammar School. There will be a large range of products on display, especially by our major sponsors. This will be a good opportunity to try all the latest instruments, music and accessories.
