After triumphant performances of Beethoven in 2012, Brahms in 2013 and Mahler & Sibelius in 2014, Richard Tognetti and the Australian Chamber Orchestra return, in grand style, to Johannes Brahms.
We continue our exploration of the world’s great symphonies in grand style with Brahms’ 3rd Symphony, a work that really is perfect for the ACO. It’s concise and confident, mixing grandeur and intimacy in equal parts.
