‘The Forgotten Women of Classical Music’ – with Rosemarie Arthars (soprano), Camille Barry (violin), Danielle Bently (cello), Helen Lowe (flute) & Leanne Swanson (piano) – will include Sonatina for Flute & Piano by Glanville-Hicks, Suite for Flute, Violin & Piano by Bonis, Nocturne for Flute & Piano by Boulanger, an excerpt from Cello Sonata in D by Le Beau, Passacaglia on an Old English Tune by Clarke and works by Chaminade, Farrenc, Schumann, Rofe, Lehmann, Edwards, Mendelssohn, Viardot & Mahler at the residence at 185 Main Road, Wellington Point.
