Fourplay String Quartet – FourPlay started life as a classical string quartet, originally made up of friends from the Australian Youth Orchestra. Inspired by the Kronos, Balanescu and Brodsky Quartets’ blurring of the boundaries between classical and rock music, they began playing rock covers for friends. FourPlay use two violas as opposed to two violins (as a traditional string quartet would use) to produce a thicker, deeper sound.

Laura Targett – Laura Targett is an acclaimed musician with a personal music style that crosses multiple genres, coloured by her background in celtic, gypsy and other folk traditions, her love of music from around the world, and her early classical training.

Warren Earl Band -Warren Earl Band are crossing the line of today’s music into swinging blues and real rock n roll. Warren prides himself on top of the class guitar playing and began studying guitar at 10yo from several great performers specialising in Western Swing, Rhythm and Blues and Jazz from the 1920’s-1950’s, which is what his own song writing is inspired by.

The Buckleys -Siblings Sarah, Lachlan, Molly and Dylan have been singing and playing music since they learned to talk. Playing alongside their well-known dad, Mick Buckley on drums and piano, their love of Modern Country is fused with a traditional and rockabilly sound.

Fiddle Strings – Fiddlestrings is a group of talented and inspired young violinists.  Led by acclaimed local fiddler and music teacher, Laura Targett, these young people with a passion for fiddle music are Mullumbimby’s first youth folk ensemble!
