Kedron High World Ensemble – Presented by The Bug

Kedron State High is a diverse, multicultural school community which has students from over 60 different nationalities. Kedron ‘s world ensemble were formed last year, to explore music away from the usual High School ensemble repertoire and provide opportunities for students outside of the Instrumental Music program to be involved in group music making – the ensemble is non-audition ensemble, in fact, some members have had no previous musical experience at all . Excitingly, the group also features instruments that wouldn’t normally be seen in traditional ensembles. The ensemble’s aim is that our audiences enjoy listening to our music as much as we enjoy playing it.
