A concert of rapid shifts in speed, of simultaneous contrasting time-scales, Tempi Espressivi presents the disorientating tempos of modern life with works such as Beat Furrer’s Presto con fuoco and Georges Aperghis’s Quatre pièces fèbriles. This concert also features the world premiere of Liam Flenady’s Quite Early Morning no. 2.
