Listening to Classical music (allegedly) makes us smarter. Beer fermented to music should create smarter beer and if consumed smarter us. SBC have teamed up with Square Peg Ensemble to put this theory to the test. Leading up to Brewsvegas together we will brew a beer to the sounds of a live string quartet. On Monday March 12 we will launch the beer with a live performance from Square Peg Ensemble.
Each ticket includes a schooner of smart beer (or a glass of not so smart wine) on arrival and an intimate show from some of Brisbane’s best classical trained musicians.
