Rebecca Wright and Donald Mackay

After 4 years singing in Scotland and beyond, acoustic songstress Rebecca Wright has recently returned to the antipodes with her new musical and matrimonial match, Scots sangster Donald McKay. Together they have just released their brand new album, “Joys that never weary”, recorded in Glasgow earlier this year. Accompanied by guitar, cello, requinto and bodhran, their voices blend beautifully on songs old and new to bring joy, tears and laughter to those who listen. They have performed at festivals, folk clubs and castles all over Scotland and appeared at this year’s National Folk Festival and Maleny Music Weekend to a very positive response.
