Redland Sinfonia – At the Flicks

For the last hundred years music has been inextricably entwined with movies, starting with live performers accompanying silent movies, up to the full symphonic sounds in modern blockbusters. The program also features a selection from the entertaining music written by Brisbane composer Kent Farbach to the early Australian silent movie The Kid Stakes.
