Salon: Southern Cross Soloists – Presented by Qld Music Festival

Join the Southern Cross Soloists and Alex Raineri as we present a dynamic program exploring the intimate relationship between composers and their pianos. Tracing the evolution of the piano’s rise to fame in the 18th century, Salon features music from Bach through to the Oscar-winning film composer Dario Marianelli. The concert is an intriguing exploration of the fascinating history of everyone’s favourite instrument, hosted by Damien Beaumont, ABC Classic FM.
