SWING DYNAMIQUE AT TWILIGHT

IT’S GYPSY JAZZ TIME!

With their ear-catching gypsy style jazz, Brisbane Jazz club favourites, Swing Dynamique, will be sure to excite music lovers with this not-to-be-missed concert. Featuring the interplay of guitarist Ewan MacKenzie, violinist Jan Van Dijk and clarinettist Dan Cosgrove in a dynamic display of virtuosity in the Jazz Manouche,or Gypsy Jazz style. Joined by Miranda Deutsch on guitar and Rick Caskey on double bass, this music ensemble will be ready to have the crowd toe tapping in no time.

Inspired by the jazz greats of Reinhardt and Grapelli, they have crafted a repertoire of intricate and exciting self-penned tunes interspersed with classics of the genre.

A reception in the USQ Arts Gallery will follow the recital – refreshments will be served.
